BikerBays prefer monthly payments to be made via standing order on the 1st of every month, however, other payments can be arranged at BikerBays discretion.

Your motorcycle will need to be insured by yourselves and your insurance company informed where the bike is being stored, we do however,  hold £2,000,000 Liability Insurance for your peace of mind.

Each customer is required to sign up to a two month minimum contract, with a  30 days notice period as per BikerBays

BikerBays are open 365 days a year, with restricted access between the hours of 06:30 - 19:00, 24hrs notice is required to gain access to your motorcycle, however, we can be flexible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The BikerBays LTD storage facility shall only be used for the purpose of housing, you the customers, private motor cycle/s. The storage facility is not to be used, for example, to store household goods, or tools, except for those necessary (at the discretion of BikerBays LTD).
2. The rental is due in advance on the 1st of every month and must be paid using one of the methods set out: Standing order, Bank Transfer, Cash (6 months advance payment) this is inclusive of any rates, taxes or utility bills, this will be paid by BikerBays LTD provided the rent is paid.
3. Rental charges range from £40 per calendar month to £87 dependant on motorcycle engine size. The rent is liable to alteration, but 14 days email notice of any such change will be given. The customer, at the expiry of the notice period, shall be deemed to have agreed to the substitution of the altered rent, for the rent previously paid.
4. You the customer must not run the engine of your vehicle inside the storage facility except where necessary for the removal of the vehicle from the storage facility, or to park the vehicle inside the storage facility.
5. You the customer shall not block access to the storage facility, storage facility forecourt or service roads to the storage facility with vehicles or other items. The forecourt and approach is to be kept clear and clean at all times.
6. Parking is provided outside the storage, however, it is limited to four cars, so please be aware of this during busy periods, if your vehicle is required to be parked overnight or longer, this will need to be pre-authorised by BikerBays LTD.
7. You the customer are required to keep noise to a minimum and respect any local inhabitants or neighbours, so not to cause any offence. Please refrain from revving your vehicle when at standstill.
8. You the customer must dispose of used oil and other motor vehicle fluids in a clean, safe and lawful manner.
9. You the customer must notify BikerBays LTD immediately of any repairs, defects or damage to the storage facility through Danny Symons or by calling 07880 626986 (Direct Number) All storage facility repairs shall be completed within 30 working days, unless, in the opinion of BikerBays LTD, there is an immediate risk to the health and safety in which case an emergency repair can be carried out to make the storage facility safe within 48 hours or as resources permit.
10. The tenant shall repay to BikerBays LTD the cost of repairing any damage incurred to the storage or to the fixtures or fittings, and replacement where the damage is not caused by reasonable wear and tear.
11. You the customer shall not assign your parking space to another, or sublet the space or any part of it without the prior written approval from BikerBays LTD.
12. If a customer fails or neglects to observe any of these conditions, BikerBays LTD may at any time summarily end their agreement without prejudice to any causes of action that may have accrued at the date of termination.
13. BikeBays reserve the right to amend the terms of this agreement from time to time by giving two weeks notice, via email.
14. If you the customer wish to end your agreement, a one month notice period is required in writing or via email. 
15. Any goods left behind by yourselves at the end of the agreement are regarded as abandoned, and will be disposed of after one calendar month.
16. BikerBays LTD Management accept no liability for damage or loss to vehicles or other items stored in our storage facility. You the customer must insure your motorcycle against fire, flooding, theft and vandalism and meet the costs of any insurance premiums arising, you must also notify your insurance company that your motorcycle is being stored with us.

The customer hiring a motorcycle space from BikerBays LTD is responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse of any BikerBays LTD equipment/premise. 

These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this facility, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using any onsite equipment.
